listen to their cries 

children, mothers and

fathers now buried 

under brick, killed by

bombs as buildings

fall, homes collapse

and ambulances pull 

out dead and hurt bodies

that have been broken

as cities disappear as 

bombs keep destroying

as innocent people have

families that have been

murdered, exploited

with growing demands

that people who have 

lived here as their grand-

parents have, cousins

their friends for centuries

now the battle escalates

into a barbaric execution

of thousands of innocent

men, women and children

on both sides of their own

barriers and land now being

taken from those that have 

lived on this land for a life

time, now hate escalates

as anger grows vicious and

hate is magnified and violence

needs to be let loose, for one 

side of the killing is moving 

forward pushing human beings

that have lived here for centuries

is coming to a close with murder

as the net to move bodies out

of their broken world, so it seems

unless honest, open human

beings find away to except each

other and live together without 

evil present looking for terror
