I must look deeper

Into the disgrace of our

So called American Dream

An abuse of power

For this is no dream it is

A nightmare filled with

Brutal money making crooks

Where wars are a golden cow

As the rich enjoy their 

Multi-million dollar parties

At our expense as they travel,

In their yachts, these selfish ego’s

As we the people scrape the

Bottom of the barrel to

Give our kids food and a

better life we strive to have

 ----

But there is no openness of

Their narrow minds, these

Addicts of non-caring for

Others as the wealth think

 ----

Only of themselves, praise

Our holy god silent as his

Children suffer in madness

For the madmen are our gods
